Overall it was really nice! I loved the location, the atmosphere. Except one receptionist, she was an older blonde lady who didn’t allow me to have visits. She was very rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unacceptable. Unfortunately because of her I will not be returning and I come from the United States and will inform others of this matter. Very unprofessional of her to act in this manner.

Que tuviera restorán fue muy bueno. La ubicación es lo mejor de todo, me tocó en el cuarto piso y mediodía tuvo descompuesto el único elevador que tiene así es que se complicó un poco esto. La atención del personal es muy buena

El servicio muy calido, me ayudaron para entrar antes en el check in. La habitación muy limpia y funcional. Siempre hubo apoyo en lonque pudiera necesitar. Un hotel con mucha historia y a dos cuadras de la Plaza de Armas y de la Catedral. La ubicación excelente.

En general el hotel está bien, pero hay partes que ya se ven muy viejas y descuidadas, como el elevador. La habitación estaba impecable, solo recomiendo que pongan crema para el cuerpo. El restaurante está muy rico y bien servido, pero sirven el desayuno muy tarde. Yo fui a un congreso y las conferencias empezaban a las 9, así que desayunaba con prisas y un día se tardaron mucho y llegué tarde a mí evento. Está muy bien ubicado y tiene de todo cerca. En general fue una buena elección.
