"We were in town for a concert and were hoping to stay close to the venue so we could walk. It's a short walk to The Eastern, and to several restaurants. Because of the location, it can be noisy at times, between cars and people walking, but not a deal breaker. The host was very responsive to all our questions and gave clear instructions for how to check in and check out. We would definitely book again if we are back in the area. "
