「Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.」

「While it was below freezing at home we had a great time sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine and the view. Property is close to many shopping and dining options and is convenient to Sarasota and the beaches on Ana Maria Island. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. 」

「We had a fantastic stay here. The house was perfect. We had a dinner party and our guests loved the property. The view was so tranquil and relaxing, the pool and hot tub were great and my husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. The kitchen was extremely well outfitted and we were able to host 8 people for dinner easily there were plenty of serving dishes and tableware.
