"Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens and fairly spacious. All sorts of little extras provided: toothbrush, hairbrush, hairband, slippers, Nespresso coffee in room. Staff were wonderfully polite. Convenient Metro stop not far away. Would highly recommend. "
"This is a lovely centrally located property. Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "
"The staff are extremely friendly as we checked in and checked out, always greeted with the utmost respect. The room was perfect for our family, coffee & tea amenities.
The only thing that needs upgrading is the workout room did not have any weights, only a treadmill, elliptical machine, cycling bike.
Other than that, we had a fantastic stay! A+ Hotel! "
"My checkin time was for 2PM but my room wasn’t ready until closer to 230, while not a long time, after a day of travel I would’ve preferred to get into our room with worry, especially as I watched everyone else around me checking in have no issues with their rooms being ready."
"Great hotel. Location convenient to train stations. Check in staff were excellent. Well appointed rooms, very clean, bed very comfortable. House keeping do an amazing job- thank you. Beautiful gardens , restaurants were great, very friendly, polite staff. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you. "
