"Diego was awesome and explained everything about the property. We were welcomed with a drink and a cold wet cloth which was much needed after our walk to the hotel. Loved this place and they even have a DJ in the cenote area. Definitely recommend this place."

And don’t worry, if you want to step out to the night life/ beach parties, it’s just a 15 min cab ride, then back to Zen and relaxation. A must book! Perfect balance. "Just spent 6 days at Be Tulum and it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and every attentive and the hotel was immaculately well kept, even with the seaweed that is in season right now. Concierge service was great (ours was July and she took care of everything). Food was great too, and the atmosphere magical. Highly recommend! "
