"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very large but somewhat dated. If traveling in a hot period, note that there is no air conditioning. No lift to 1st floor room, but the staff was willing to help take luggage up and down if needed."
