“We enjoyed our stay during Saint Pete Pride! It was only 14-18mins walk to the Park. 8 minute drive to the Central District which made the Uber cheap. Nearby shops and restaurants also walking distance. Our beds were super comfortable, with enough pillows and towels. Super clean place, will definitely try to book again for next year's pride. Thank you!”

“Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain……

“What a true delight it was to stay in this cottage bedroom. The owners were very attentive to the little things that came up. My only wish would have been for a writing desk, but there is no room for that. When I asked for a tv tray, they provided a 12x12 side table, so that helped.I would be happy to stay with these hosts again, as the bed was comfy with great linens not to mention the little extras that make the guest’s stay easy. Please consider Casa Tropicana… perfect for one or two……

It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. The pool and spa are brand new and we loved having options to swim in the pool, paddle board……
