Upon entrance I encountered an unpleasant smell, and the general condition of the place was a bit run down but it didn't look significantly dirty. The front desk clerk was friendly and acknowledged me upon entering even though he was busy helping another customer. That was appreciated. The room was clean but smelled a little...
