「東橫 INN作為連鎖酒店品牌一向有口碑，這一家小田原站東橫 INN離小田原站很近，而斜對面就是MINAKA小田原，是幢複合性商業設施，吃、買也不愁，再者，小田原站本身就已經有一個小商場，設超市、餐廳及其他商店。我們選的是雙床房，比預期大，擺放物品空間足，早餐是自助形式，選擇豐富，偏向日式，而且，方便趕早車的客人，提供外帶盒，可以自助取一大份「早餐便當」。個人而言，如果不一定要住溫泉旅館，住在小田原感覺更方便，因為在箱根裡面，很多店舖也很早關門。」

「Although the public onsen pool is out of service at the time we visit, it is still a lovely place to relax! Very good service and environment, also the in-room private onsen is really enjoyable! The dinner and breakfast is delicious and exquisite! Overall a really good place to stay!」

「環境舒適，酒精飲料喝到飽真的很棒，地圖上旅館看起來離車站很遠，其實並不至於太遠，只要不是行動不便的人其實都走得到，即使搭計程車也只要600日圓。除了價格稍高，溫泉不是真正的溫泉以外，其他算是很不錯了」

「酒店環境真的很美麗,四周都很寧靜，有很多樹木包圍. 酒店很注重客人的私隱度，很多座位都設計到看不到隔籬枱的人. 早餐及晚餐都很美味，而且份量很大。」

「Very discreet and very quiet hotel (only 15 rooms). Room was big (good enough for three tatami with room to spare), has a small terrace with our own hot spring bath. It was a very relaxing experience soaking in the hot bath during the morning while enjoying the green mountain scenery. Location is a bit out of the way and up on a winding slope, but who cares, I didn’t feel the need to go out when I was there. 」

Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.」
