“Our experience was far from the 5-star standard advertised, and it ultimately resulted in my children getting sick. The conditions were so poor that we eventually had to move to another property just to save our vacation. The buffet was unacceptable. Food was rarely served hot and often sat for long periods without being replenished. This is a significant health red flag and likely does not follow basic food safety standards. The menu was repetitive, and the "clean" dishes were frequently dirty.……

“We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during……

“The views are unbelievable, water is crystal clear, and our snorkel guide picked us up at the pier on the property. We enjoyed that the majority of guests were not from the US while we were there. Every staff member was attentive and kind, and a few took the time to get to know us. We were surrounded by Spanish speakers and locals. It was wonderful! ”
