"The website on this property is accurate. The ocean view and sounds of the surf in the winter are what makes this property quite desirable, although please know that the waters are not conducive to swimming in the winter (true for most of the North Shore of Oahu). However, given the premium price charged we were very disappointed with the poor maintenance and supplies. Some of the screens were torn and the screen door to the lanai does not work properly. The dials on the stove are worn off. None of the electrical outlets work in the upstairs bathroom. There is no garbage disposal. The toilet paper provided is single ply, which is not what one would expect in any expensive rental property. The towels were of high quality. The double mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be flipped and turned or replaced. Please note that there is no ocean access from the yard. The owners should better maintain this property or reduce the price. We stayed for a week in February 2024 and are permanent residents of Oahu."

Good location - close to lots of good beaches for kids and adults (Hukilau, Castles, Pounders, Sunset, Pipeline, Waimea Bay, etc) and not too far from Haleiwa, Kaneohe and other shopping/dining/entertainment destinations."
