“Hotel Résidence génial, toutefois ce serait bien d'avoir une petite boutique ou un distributeur pour les achats sommaires (Brosse à dent - dentifrice - savon - jus - biscuits .... surtout pour les arrivées tardives à l'hôtel. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour.”

“Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!!”

“The view from the condo was breathtaking. The condo was clean and equipped with everything needed during our stay. Our trip included 5 women over the age of 55, the condo location allowed us to feel safe as we walk about in the evenings enjoying the local dinning, shopping and night life.”

“We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning from the bed . The kitchenette was great even for our month long stay we were able to cook small meals from time to time. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. The FREE valet parking was also a plus. It was amazing the host was quick to respond to all of our needs and we had a wonderful time at the beach! The bar is great also, you can buy fruity cocktail served in a pineapple . We may go back next……

“広々とした部屋で、窓から海も見えました。キッチンには一通りのものが十分に揃っています。部屋もきれいでした。テレビがリビングとベッドルームの両方にあります。パレスというバーの近くなので、静かに過ごしたい方には少し賑やかかもしれませんが、ナイトライフを含めたマイアミを楽しみたい方には完璧な場所です。スタッフもとても感じが良かったです。プールはC棟の屋上にあり、6階で、バーもありお昼頃からはDJがいます。眺めは最高です。朝はまだ静かで、それも良かったです。”

“Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. “Close to beach at end of strip. Pretty quiet area. Easy to get around. Very basic room but has what you need. Shared patio good for morning coffee. AC loud and lights super bright. Host texted me prior to issue with AC on unit and easily transferred me to another room before I arrived. ”
