There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. "Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again."

"This was the perfect house for meeting our NYC-based kids in Philly for a fun weekend! More than enough comfy beds and baths and the rooftop on a sunny day is unbelievable! I've always thought that I could be a VRBO host one day but the extra amenities that these owners threw into our stay makes me realize a new level of service. They're amazing! So many thanks!"

"The house is very spacious and is great for a gathering of family and friends. The upstairs bedroom (obviously formerly a den) lacks sufficient lighting and curtains are missing on 3 windows (the room is ground level and faces the driveway / walkway). The lighting throughout the house is insufficient and some overhead light bulbs are burned out. The host was very pleasant and responsive to emails."

"We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon...

"Large farm house with Plenty of space for large groups. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. 2 full baths. Nice yard. Great kitchen, Dining room spacious large livingroom with 3 couches, kids toy play area. Washer dryer and entry The main floors were not swept. We had to sweep them. 3 beds needed clean sheets. Looked as though they were sleep in. So we we washed them. Plenty of towels for everyone Would recommend for Large groups Overall very pleased"

"Really liked the convenience to the PCC. Because if it's "industrial" set-up we could hear noise from other units when flushing the toilet. More insulation is needed for noise purposes."
