「This house served our purposes well for a three-generation family gathering. Large for comfortably accommodating us; convenient to beach, golf, grocery store, and other attractions, The pool was a winner for the little children.」

「Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.」

「Cute, Clean and Comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard patio and grilling dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. 」

「Such a beautiful town home! The furnishings were top notch from the inviting decor, comfortable beds, down feather pillows, kitchen supplies, beach chairs and more! The townhome was so clean and fresh we didn’t want to leave! Perfect location to explore the quaint town of st. Mary’s and the history surrounding the area. Everyone, including the host, Amy, was so friendly and inviting. We enjoyed learning about this area as we explored all of the beautiful sites surrounding St. Mary’s island!...

「We really enjoyed our stay here, the kitchen was well equipped, house was clean, location was great. We were two couples and one single and it was a perfect size. Nice porch out front to relax and easy walk across a very quiet "street" (wouldn't even really call it a street) to the beach. There were people there but not crowded at all. 」

「Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!」

「We loved the beach townhouse and location! Public Access across the road to the beach! Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though. 」

「A song should be composed for this delightful cottage.All aspects of our stay were excellent. AC worked wonderfully in high heat and humidity periods. When we thought we needed something we opened a cupboard or closet and there it was. My daily walk was from the cottage to the St Marys waterfront and back.」

「Tiffany was amazing! She was so accommodating and kind. She gave us great ideas of places to go and attractions to see. The home was so cozy and relaxing. We also had a great time on the paddle boards and kayaks. We will definitely be back. 」

「Great week for all of us! The townhome was very clean and had plenty of space for relaxing and just having our family all together. Beach access directly across the street was very convenient. The only issue we had was parking. Very tight area for full size SUVs, but we made it work. 」
