「Everything was excellent, as always!」

「The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Cozy with a beachy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. It was located right next to the beach access as well as close to Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway and a moment's drive to restaurants and shops. Amelia Island is a favorite of ours!」

「We had to wait an extra hour and a half to get into the property however we were made aware ahead of time. Mr. Hughes was very nice and helpful. We plan on returning again next year 」

「Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. 」

「Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!」

The host was amazing and responded to questions in a timely manner and even came out to the property for some quick maintenance that was requested. 100% would book again. 」

「We were disappinted at the lack of beach /ocean view and access. I had understood we had beach access directly from the house. Pool was great for the kids. My husband and i were unable to use the downstairs shower since the water never got hot enough even after allowing time for it to warm up. I had a broken foot, so i was looking forward to it, but couldnt use it. We loved the layout and structure but our paper plates kept getting stuck to the dining room table.
