“We enjoyed our stay in Oak Stay Shibuya 5, we stayed there for 5 nights with 3 adults and 3 children. Easy communication with Jacob. Gives us lots of information and suggestions. The place is highly recommended as very close to the hatsudai station, nearby 7 eleven, and mcdonalds very handy especially for a last minute essential or for a snack on the way home. “This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working.……

“The apartment is as described. Quant and cozy, but we've seen much smaller hotel rooms during our Japan trip! It was clean and supplied with the basics, plus a washing machine. The hike to the train station was about 10 minutes if I remember right, through a a quiet residential neighborhood. A walk to the east through neighborhoods brought us through some lovely streets. The shower temperature seemed a little finicky, but not enough to detract. Great host communication, too!”

“This is a clean, modern apartment on a quiet street about 10 minutes’ walk from Shibuya station. Hajime was extremely accommodating and helpful, providing lots of useful information on local restaurants, how to use the apartment facilities, etc. It is unfortunately a very compact apartment, as shown in the photos. Don’t expect to be able to stand up in the sleeping area. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than about 3-4 people due to the limitations of the space available.”
