“The layout of this property is perfect . It is well stocked with everything. It’s funny but one of the things that stood out is how sharp the kitchen knives were . I have family members who insist on bringing their own knives because we always get bad ones where we stay . Also , the cleanliness and the relaxing surroundings. This is the perfect house for a large family specially if you need some quiet time . Each cottage is very cozy and each one has its own bathroom. Perfect place . ”

“Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving celebration. Our favorite part was the sunroom off the kitchen where we could watch wildlife on the river. We saw egrets, otters, cormorants, and much more! We typically spend time at the Russian River during the summer months when the river is super busy. We enjoyed the fall experience of nobody on the river. It was peaceful with beautiful light changes throughout each day creating painting like views. Our guests found their bed to be comfortable. We thought the……

“The home was absolutely stunning, up on hill which is so peaceful and relaxing. The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful art work and landscaping. Pool, hot tub and games a plus!! The beds are comfy and dining and living room perfect for the four of us. Host was responsive when we had a few questions. We will be returning again. ”

“This is a perfect landing place steps from Main St. in Guerneville. The hosts, Rob and Inga, are very responsive. Every little detail as attended to: coffee, half and half, clean everything, heat on before I arrived. Can't thank the Tiny Tipsy Turtle enough, and I'll be back!”

“The house is beautiful, spacious...as are the extensive grounds. Very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing for all 10 of us. The forested, hilly surround is truly magical. The large kitchen is well-equipped with excellent appliances, including two refrigerators. The weather was chilly, but the heating system kept us warm. Emily is a responsive and welcoming host. ”
