Per is a great host and was very communicative before arriving offering tips and recommendations for our Napa Valley itinerary. This is a perfect home for bigger groups looking for close access to everything in wine country. 」

「The house was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms all have large beds and bathrooms and are separate which provided nice privacy. The hot tub, common areas, and view were all amazing.」

「Set in a nice community in the mountains near a golf course. Well-appointed throughout the property. I especially appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ and utensils, bath, and washer and dryer (though washer was quite noisy). There is a nice deck amongst the pines where you can BBQ, a dining table shaded by upper rental's deck, and an area clear to the sun with chairs to kick your feet up. 「Communication was spectacular. The beds were comfy, hose was nice and clean. Pool was lovely. Plenty of kitchen stuff. We bbqed 2 nights. Very delightful home. Nade even better by the owner/manager. Hope to rent again」

「My husband and I rent places in Guernville every year for the July 4th weekend, and this was probably our favorite stay so far! The place was perfect for the two of us, we LOVED having our own private hot tub & deck, and having an extra half bath was super convenient. The place was well equipped & stocked with everything we needed, lots of towels & extra blankets/bedding, coffee & spices & snacks in the kitchen as well. The location was perfect for us, super close to Rio Nido & downtown...
