「Good place , clean , spacious & quiet Maybe they need to open the restaurant and bar since the place is islated otherwise crossing to that petrol station for a simple shopping is unsafe...i spent nearly 20mins maneuvering to cross 」

「Location is desirable with 20-min walk to the Bus Station. Reception staff are kind and helpful. Safe and tranquil even walking back from Bus Station to the hotel at 9-ish pm. Free carpark and breakfast 👍 Minor drawbacks：no fridge and telephone in the room. Hotel phones can be used in the lobby though.」

「A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). 「Firstly, the location is excellent. Very easy to navigate from the train station. Upon entrance into the property, you are welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff. Whilst admiring the decor and furnishings you are even offered a beverage when signed in - a wonderful touch.
