La estancia en este hotel fue muy buena: el servicio, el personal, la actitud de servicio y los alimentos estuvieron a muy buen nivel, es un excelente hotel en todos los sentidos. El personal de recepción y del restaurante se merecen una mención aparte dada su disposición al servicio, simplemente excelente. Esta fue la página en la que contraté el hotel. La experiencia fue muy mala: no respetaron el desayuno que estaba incluido en la reservación y, al momento de reclamar, no ofrecieron ninguna solución. Fuera de este inconveniente, todo lo demás estuvo bien.

tuve problemas con mi desayuno, les mostré e que la aplicación decía que el desayuno ya estaba incluido y ellos no querían hacerse responsables ni respirarlo. fueron groseros incluso hasta molesto. Todo el tiempo culpando a expedia. incluso me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo solicite. Por otra parte la persona que hacia la limpieza, solo tendía la cama y no limpiaba ni movía nada de la habitación

Es un excelente hotel impecable en sus instalaciones, pero ha bajado un poco en calidad. Los desayunos ahora no tienen buen sazón y hay muy poca comida. De igual forma, la regaderas tenían muy buena presión y temperatura, actualmente se disminuye el chorro y se enfría el agua.

Detalles que deben solucionar para ser mejores.

En general muy bien el hotel, desafortunadamente uno de los recepcionistas llamado Yair no fue muy grato su trato. Nos salieron dos cucarachas dentro de la habitación a pesar de que "ya habían fumigado" y para el costo creo que por lo menos debe estar sin esos asquerosos animales. El desayuno bien, el trato del resto de los recepcionistas muy bien, los meseros muy bien.
