"Tuvimos buena experiencia a la hora del desayuno las cocineras fueron muy amables y el desayuno fue perfecto. Solo la mala experiencia fue nuestro cuarto. Estaba sucio abajo de la cama habías almohadas y un buen de polvo como que ya tenían meses que no se movía la cama para limpiar, luego en la primer noche llegaron unos clientes nuevos en la madrugada y los niños gritando y corriendo por el pasillo nosotros pedimos un cuarto libre de cigarro pero más bien parecía que éramos nosotros los que...

"It was a really nice stay. we had the king size bed room. It’s a really nice hotel. The only reason I took one star off was because the bed was very firm and about knee-high and the pillows were also very hard. I don’t know if they have rooms that have softer beds, but for that reason, I would never stay there again."

Room was clean and comfortable and hotel is perfectly located to walk to shops, cafes and even the Frank Lloyd Wright neighborhood. The little pub inside was lively and fun. The Italian restaurant & bar inside was welcoming, friendly and had a vast array of delicious choices. The owner/executive chef Gio was one of the most delightful people we met on our trip to Chicago!"

"Simple and clean hotel. The breakfast was very simple: bread, bagels, a couple different kinds of cereal, bananas and apples, a box of cookies, juice, milk, and coffee. Only negative was that the pool was completely drained so obviously unavailable to use. "

"My stay here was great! Front desk was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very large and comfortable with a microwave and fridge. Also, if you're a smoker... they have smoking rooms!! Walking distance to plenty of shopping and dining. Not too far from public transit and very rideshare friendly. I would stay here again!"
