"Normal Hyatt, nice rooms and clean. I was impressed that when I arrived there was only one person at desk and she was having issue with person she was helping. Someone was in front of me and shortly someone behind me. Person at desk went in back for a minute and a few minutes later there were 3 more people at the fron desk to take care of everyone. I had a dinner reservation so really appreciated the help call and the other employees quickly showing up"

"First time in a Sonesta Suites. Very impressed. Studio kitchen was better equipped than the Hilton timeshare suites in Manhattan! I would suggest a beverage selection and expanded offerings at "the Store." Perhaps they were available and I didn't see them. "Guide" function on the TV remote needs reprogramming. Some channels are mislabeled. Unpleasant odor of tobacco or marijuana in foyer/entry, altho no odor in the rest of the property."
