Steps to BEACH! Privacy in the Heart of Loreto!

Imagine the ocean breeze as you watch the sunrise over the sea from your private terrace. Walk 1 block to embark on a local panga for a tour of spectacular Isla Coronado or for a day of unparalleled fishing. Come home for a sunset cocktail on the rooftop deck before heading out. It’s a 6 minute stroll to the main plaza, where you’ll likely find live music along with a variety of gourmet dining options. Say goodnight in your cozy bed, turn on the cold a/c and get ready for another magical day!

Casa Concha is located one block from the marina and the main public beach. With 3 outdoor terraces, you can enjoy spectacular views. The house is completely walled with inside gated parking. Casa Concha has a full kitchen including stainless gas cooktop, oven and french door refrigerator. There is also fiber-optic wireless internet, washer and dryer and plenty of beach towels.

You will have the entire enclosed property to yourself. The house is completely enclosed with off-street parking inside the gate.

Miguel is our local property manager. He is happy to assist you with any questions. I am always a short text or phone call away. :)

The house has private gated/secure parking.

The house is located in a quaint residential area in el centro. It is on a dead end street, so there is not much traffic. However, it is common to experience the local sounds of music or roosters/chickens. If you are a light sleeper, we recommend that you bring earplugs. :)

This was the perfect spot in Loreto. The property is even better than the pictures. Walking distance to the beach where there are free palapas for shade and it was never crowded... walk to the pier where you can take tours of the islands or watch the pelicans and blue footed birds dive (our nightly entertainment). Walk to the centre plaza for drinks and trinkets... no one is selling anything on the beach!!! The house has lots of unique seating areas and you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the upper deck. House stayed cool which was lovely (although there is AC if u need it). Washer and dryer works great. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Beds are comfy enough and the bathrooms are spacious! The yard is totally private and secure. Loreto is a very chill and safe town we walked everywhere and always gelt warmly welcomed! We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful property, neighborhood, not so great, we arrived at night after a 7.5 hour drive, in a different country, in a very remote location on a strange small back street, so it was a bit unsettling, but once we were safe inside the property doors, we could not belief the beauty, decor and views of the ocean. So it was worth it. Security was good until the locks stopped working. They had an after hour maintenance that helped us in after we were locked out for a couple of hours, and the owner was super apologetic and offered us a discounted stay. So all in all , it was a spectacular stay.

Five day stay

House was very clean. Located in residential neighborhood, short walk to town and the marina. There is a little bit of noise as there was a birthday party next door one night and the roosters wake you up early, but we really enjoyed the local flavor. This is our 3rd time to Loreto and as with the previous 2 we felt totally safe. Would definately stay here again!

Wonderful house in a great location!

We loved staying at this house! The rooftop is a nice spot to look out over the ocean. It’s walking distance to everything and only a few minutes to the beach.

Very comfortable stay in Loreto

We came here for a dive trip. Before we arrived, we had an unexpected change to our trip dates, the property manager/owner was very helpful in accommodating date changes without penalty. We ended up having to arrive into Loreto 5 days earlier than planned and leave 2 days early. We had hoped to stay in the property the full 10 days, but it was booked the rest of the time. The property is very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything that you would need for a very comfortable stay in Loreto. Loreto is HOT! So it was great to come “home’ to a nice, cool home with lots of space, and lots of light. The upper deck sitting area was especially nice in the evenings. We loved this place. We will definitely look for availability at this property for future trips to Loreto. Thank you for a great and comfortable stay.

Great location and house

Casa Concha is in a great part of Loreto… just a short walk into the town center. It’s on a quiet street that feels very safe. The house itself has great views and lovely outdoor seating. Karen was quick to respond to all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great house!

Wonderful house. Comfortable bedrooms, nice open shower bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. The deck with a palapa roof on the third floor was amazing! We spent most of our time up there enjoying the view. Very close to the Malecon, easy walking to many good restaurants. We rented a golf cart which helped getting around town. Would go back again!

Comfortable in Loreto

We stayed a week at Casa Concha and had a great time. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It was spacious with great views from 3 different outdoor spaces. The location was perfect for walking to great restaurants, beach, marina, shopping. The area felt very safe. The house has everything you might want, BBQ, well appointed kitchen, lovely decor, etc. Karen, the host, was the most responsive host we have ever had. She was the best! Gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, boat captains, shopping. It was a great week. Thank you so much.

Nice break from camping

Really lovely house that suited our needs. Perfect for two couples or a family. Secure parking for our camper was a bonus. As noted in the description, there are barking dogs nearby which became a bit tiresome. Karen was great and responded to our questions within minutes.
