"The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!"

"It was clean inside but the porch furniture had dust on it and the screen wasn't attached at the bottom so our cat couldn't be out there and we only had 2 towels. I called the number on the outside sign Sunday night but no response, didn't see the number on the frig until the morning we left. So that coupled with a holiday weekend perhaps things might have been different. Other than that it was fine. I hope this helps with your guests in the future"

"We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives...

"The property was located in a nice townhouse community near I-10, but the area surrounding it was not the best. Very industrial. The property was updated and nice inside. We had issues with the door code, but the owner resolved it without issue. Master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for the guest who slept on it, but the other beds were fine (one was missing a top sheet). We were attending an event at Everbank Stadium and it was conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away."

"I give the property cleanliness was immaculate. The property manager Jennifer was wonderful and always available for any assistance or questions. I will definitely be staying at this property when back in the area. Definitely recommend."

"We nick named it our “far away from home home” Very clean. So many blankets, towels, plates, and cups. Easy communication with owner. We would stay here again."
