"This was a terrific hotel find in Osaka and I will make it a point to try to stay with this chain when I visit other locations where they are located (Maldives, for example). The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous and most were fluent in English. The hotel was spotless and the food options were top notch, particularly in a city with outstanding food options. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was decently spacious for Japanese standards & we looooved the bathroom. It was essentially a wet room with a giant tub which was much appreciated after all of our walking. We do wish the laundry room had more machines though since there was quite a bit of a wait even though we got there as soon as it opened. The location was great and the staff were all very friendly. Check in/out was super easy and digital."
