We also felt very safe.There was plenty of space for us to spread out.The location was within walking distance of our marathon event or close enough to use Lyft for a small fee.The only thing I made note of was that I was not able to get the bedroom tv to choose channels once it was turned on using the remote. The remote batteries could have been dead, but not sure. It was not a problem for me...
