Cons: room needed more detailed cleaning, shower head was stuck in holder and hard to adjust, skimpy tea & coffee in room & no decaf coffee, TV subject to atmospheric interference and channel hopping a challenge (maybe new batteries in hand set……

“Lo que esperábamos de un Premier Inn, pero con demasiados detalles por debajo del estándar mínimo. Limpieza: El hotel estaba razonablemente limpio en general, pero con fallos evidentes: manchas de agua y oxidación en el baño, y suciedad acumulada detrás de la puerta que sugería una limpieza superficial durante bastante tiempo. El servicio de limpieza de habitación no se realiza automáticamente — hay que solicitarlo — y cuando lo hicimos, uno de los empleados respondió de forma claramente……
