「I booked a double bed room with a sofa bed to accommodate for 3 persons. The sofa bed was found not in good condition. Hotel arranged one more single room to us without additional charge. A good customer experience to us!」

「We received a warm welcome, and was quickly shown to our room - which was an ideal size for us. We enquired about parking and an Indian restaurant before we went up. When we came back downstairs, we were presented with a map and other information relating to our query. The people that clean the premises do an excellent job - everywhere was spotless. There was a very good selection for breakfast - every taste was catered for. The English breakfast was freshly cooked, antd asted as good aaslooked...

「A lovely place for our 3-night stay. The Faulkland room we stayed in was very comfortable and well appointed, all worked as it should. Bathroom was a bit tight on space but still fine. This room is on a busy road, so traffic noise was there but didn't seem to keep us awake. Mind you, we're used to no traffic noise.
