"We drove to Detroit from Chicago for the Usher concert on 9/13 and stayed here overnight. Upon check in the check agent was NOT warm or friendly BUT everyone we encountered thereafter was awesome! From the security guard to the shuttle driver everyone was so nice. The room was clean, well maintained and really nice - better than some of the Las Vegas properties I’ve stayed at. I loved my overalll experience. "

"The hotel is an old building that has been updated. It’s clean, but it’s definitely still not new. The rooms are very small. The location is great. We walked to ford field and comerica easily. The man at the front desk, Ivory, was great. Very kind and helpful. The coffee shop downstairs made great lattes. We would stay here again. "

"The hotel was great. The bed was firm and comfortable. The Cafe served a super red-eye, (espresso & regular coffee) in the morning. I was able to walk to dinner to a place called Alpino, where I had a delicious meal. I would definitely stay there again."

"Cool property and great restaurant and staff. However, the front desk and valet staff were not friendly, considerate or welcoming. For example, the alarm went off at 3 am from the previous guest and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I checked out later that morning and mentioned it to the front desk lady so that housekeeping could fix it as it isn’t a regular alarm clock. She didn’t say anything. Didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. When we arrived as well the front desk staff wasn’t...
