「This was a great weekend stay for my family. It was a spacious rental and had a large kitchen, and nicely sized 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were able to park on the driveway, but there was also ample street parking. Communication with Todd was quick. I asked Todd for a rice cooker and he was able to provide one for us to use. I would recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thanks, Todd! 」

「Overall, I had a good stay at this property. House was super clean, spacious, and very modern.
My only complaints were that the owner did not send the code to the house until 35 minutes after she had specified we she would send.
Also I did not appreciate how there was no communication that owner's cousin would come to the house to fix the security. She showed up out of no where without my knowledge and spent roughly 20-30 minutes to fix the security then left.

「Stayed for two and a half weeks while recovering from a surgery and couldn't be happier with my decision. Clean, safe, and all amenities are as advertised. My only note is that temperature control was a bit of a hassle in the bedroom I stayed in—however, once I became familiar with both the space heater and the portable air conditioner and learned how/when to use them, it wasn't a problem.
