“I arrived at night and didn’t realize there wasn’t a front desk. My phone had no signal, so I couldn’t make a call. A guy who lived there was outside and let me borrow his phone, so I was then able to call and get instructions. There was apparently a key box, and they gave me the code. However, I couldn’t figure out how to open the key box, so I went back to that same guy, and, between the two of us, we figured it out. It was very frustrating getting inside, but once I did, I really liked……

“酒店还是十分新的，第二次入住，选择双房户型，分别有独立卫生间私密性很好，阳台很大。隔壁兴建的威斯汀基本快结束了，也没有什么噪音。泳池不错，很干净。早餐性价比很高。就是在房间各处发现蚂蚁，很小的那种，不易发现。”

“Property was generally as advertised; however, snorkeling was not really an option. Had to call for repairs on the TV system twice. Thought that a week with no maid service was too long.”

“Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another……

“Pool area is very busy and very crowded with not only Westin guests but also guests from other neighboring Marriott properties. Challenging to get a bartender’s attention. Towel checkout policy is tiresome. Paid $85 per day for two beach chairs and an umbrella. In general, the resort seems oversubscribed. ”

“Julie was just amazing recommend go visit her to purchase tickets Luau also thank you Jacob for all the great recommendations everything he recommended was so delicious & Gretchen what excellent customer service also went out of her way to figure out we we double charge when we check in come and visit you all will not be disappointed 1 only thing but it’s nature the birds at the restaurant but understand that is there home come right to the tables other than that excellent.”
