"Our stay was 5/9 -5/10. We were very disappointed that we were not informed when we booked our room and made our spa appointments, that we would not be allowed on property until noon. This was a Mother's Day celebration for my daughters. They both took time off work and made childcare arrangements so we could take full advantage of the spa when it opened at 8:30. "Check in was very quick and nice. Person at check in was very helpful in telling us about restaurants nearby. We stayed on the ground floor w/an ocean view. Room was very nice. Didn't notice any noise outside in the hall even though our room was in front of the elevators. The restaurant, Convivo, was good also. The staff at the bar was super friendly and service was excellent. "
