"Everything was very good. The staff when we check in and check were super nice and friendly. It was very cleaned and professional. It was very nice how they provided us with water and clean towels every day. It's a must if you are visiting Japan. "

"Hotel is in a great location and is one of the limousine bus stops from Narita airport which is really convenient and is one of the reasons I booked this hotel. It is close to Shinjuku station and is on the quiet side. The room is clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. Great amenities and laundry facilities. Staff are great as well and helped me out with luggage forwarding to my next hotel. I would suggest to book with breakfast as it was really good with lots of options and with a great view from the top, I decided to buy a voucher for 1 day but I should have added it in the first place. There is Lawson and Family Mart on the lower levels plus a 7-11 and Ministop just outside the hotel. Some attractions like the Tokyo Metropolitan building and Meiji Jingu Shrine are walkable as well. "
