「A perfect stay! After checking in at the office, they texted me the location map that took us straight to the property, which was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, etc. The heated bathroom floor was a plus. The bed was comfortably firm. The views were beautiful, and there were blinds on all windows that provided privacy. The pool, hot tub, and laundry were just right across the walkway. 「Don’t book this place! I booked a last minute special deal for four nights. I tried to check in and could not. I called the number provided by hotels.com, the only contact information I was provided. The phone went directly to voicemail without providing any check in information. I called hotels.com customer service (twice) and the couldn’t get through either. My credit card was charged for all 4 days and I am still fighting for a refund.」
