“So glad we selected this property! Inside the apartment felt like a cozy and quiet oasis from the bustle of the city. The location is convenient to grocery and 2 subway lines. The apartment is very nicely updated, very clean and well equipped. The bedrooms are surprisingly quiet considering the central location in a big city. Both beds and bedding were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great during some hot summer days. The hosts communicated frequently and we felt well taken care of. We……

“The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.”

It was the perfect size/fit for us, small but very well designed with a well equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, etc.). The bed was comfortable and, most of all, the apartment was very clean. And the location is perfect for taking the subway and easily reaching important tourist areas (wharf, USS Constitution, Liberty Trail, etc.). We highly recommend that you consider staying at this apartment.”

“I didn’t mind the small 15 minute walk to get the keys. The listers were very responsive and even called me once when I didn’t do the check in process to see how I was doing. The bed was hard, but the location was FABULOUS. I would defiantly stay again, but bring blankets or an air mattress for the hard bed. ”

“Giving this unit 5 stars mostly for location and convenience! In the middle of Newbury street walking all around Boston was a breeze as was finding nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for noise (we didn’t mind), but when you choose to stay on a busy street it’s unavoidable!”

“Listing said it slept six. 2 bedrooms with queen beds. No sofa bed. air mattress that leaked. Maintenance was sub-par. IE: Holes in wall. Dirty broken a/c vents. water damage on wood floor. no updatimg and very old apt and run down dirty building. Must like the smell of pot because the floor smells of it 24/7.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Beds were sooooo comfy. We had a king bed in one room, two full beds in the other bedroom, and 2 twin size rollaways. Plenty of space for 6 of us. - Fantastic gym in the basement that we used twice during our stay- Huge rooftop patio with propane fire pits that were easy to use. Also a full grill setup that would have been great in warmer weather. We spent multiple hours hanging out up there. They also had an indoor communal space on the top floor that was……
