“Check out staff was very nice”

“The main complaint about this hotel is that it's loud. We were next to an adjoining room and could literally hear the conversation next door so asked to be moved. They provide earplugs for the train that goes by the hotel, but if I returned, I would ask for a room that's not adjoining. The gym wasn't open just yet which will add to the amenities and the restaurant is fabulous. The bakery/coffee was fair, so I'd go somewhere else for breakfast.”

“Safe vibe. Comfy beds. Everything in the room was just a bit worn and could use a deep clean. The fitness room was locked and dark- not sure what that was all about. Breakfast was basic. Convenient location.”

“The room was in very poor condition and clearly needs better maintenance. The curtain rod was broken, and the curtain kept opening, causing water to splash everywhere in the bathroom. The sink was almost clogged and drained very slowly, causing dirty water to splash back onto you while using it. The shampoo and conditioner were also very poor quality. Overall, the bathroom was unpleasant to use, and the hotel clearly needs better maintenance and attention to basic cleanliness and quality. Very……

“We have stayed here many times over the years. Each time is wonderful. The front desk staff is beyond helpful, the housekeeping staff are all so kind, and breakfast is great. The exercise room is also clean with working equipment. Great place to stay.”
