「It is a decent property extremely hard to find If you're driving it located in a small back alley with a giant wood door with a small sign. You will probably not find it to have your car valeted. Lucky we were able to find an open spot nearby in the city and walk our way in. There is also a sewer or garbage smell at times in the room and very loud outside at night. Bring your ear plugs. The property was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. Had its positives but know what you're getting...

「This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional.」
