Unsanitary conditions, should not be allowed to rent
My family was forced to move to another property due to the failure of the sewage pipes. Sewage was backed up and overflowing in both showers and toilets. Evidence of past problems were found from an open pipe with old sewage on the side yard. This house should be shut down until the sewer line has been fixed and the open pipe on the side yard disconnected. Both bathrooms are in serious need of remodeling. Very unsanitary!

We booked this home last minute for a weekend getaway. We loved it! The house has the perfect balance of mid century modern with current amenities. Great location. Love the pool, fire pit, hammock, and backyard.

Convenient Location
Dated bathrooms. Overhead fan in master bedroom too strong and didn't seem to be able to reduce speed. Very convenient to airport but hear airplanes. Very close to street with a lot of traffic noise during rush hours. Pool was lovely. Backyard lovely.

Family vacation over Christmas
Very easy property to get to from the Airport. The bathroom in the Master bath was very small, and I had to duck to see myself in the mirror, but all and all, it was a quality property and managed professionally.

Needs Work.
House was okay. New windows definitely are needed and Bathrooms definitely need to be updated. Curb appeal is lacking. Backyard is in need of some landscaping.

A perfect few days!
Easy to find online. The property management was awesome and easy to deal with. The house was very clean and had wonderful amenities. Loved the pool! Definitely would come back and stay there.

Stylish blissful oasis retreat
The vacation rental was impeccable and wholly satisfied our expectations. Arriving with the air-conditioning on was a pleasant relief from the baking desert heat. The place is well stocked with all the amenities necessary for a long stay. The pool and spa was divine although there was a little bit of leaf-litter at the bottom. However, given that I made the reservation at very short notice it is somewhat forgivable as there wouldn’t have been time for a pool cleaner to be arranged. The reservation/checking in process is a little more convoluted than normal due to some tight local regulations for vacation rentals, but this is not at the control of the booking agent. Ultimately I would recommend this property for any vacation in Palm Springs.
