The Views!
I am always so happy when the pictures and descriptions of a property do not disappoint! The home was cared for and the views were amazing...as pictured. Sometimes the cars passing by got my attention when in the backyard, but overall the neighborhood was quiet and the property was very private. We would rent it again, so that probably says it all!

What an amazing home! So many great features like an oversized sliding door that frames the mountain views and the beautiful pool perfectly. We stayed in early fall and it can still be quite warm so being able to take advantage of the views from the comfort of air conditioning made for a relaxing time. The pool is great-in ground umbrellas for shade and plenty of room for fun. Very spacious and well laid out home floor plan. Fit a family of four without issue. We absolutely will make this a go-to spot in Palm Springs!

AMAZING Getaway!
Girlfriends and I needed a quick getaway and this house was the PERFECT Oasis!!! Loved everything about our stay!! The backyard was GORGEOUS!!! The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly, and it's conveniently located near everything you may need. No complaints here! We will definitely be going back!

Really enjoyed this property! Clean with cute tangerine decorating touches. Pool was nice and neighborhood quiet. Only problem was slow communication with property managers. Could easily be streamlined to be more responsive.

Covid Getaway!
I have stayed at this property before and it was as enjoyable this time as last time except for not being able to listen to music. Just a couple comments: the NO Music at all times should be clearly disclosed in the description.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We appreciated using Facetime to check-in and the pool and backyard were truly amazing. The only issue we ran into was trying to get a hold of the property management company prior to arrival. I'm not entirely clear what the relationship is, but I believe it is managed through Vacasa when the regular company is out of the office, and Vacasa was completely worthless. I spent more than an hour on hold trying to get through to them without success, and the app you're required to download has one-way communication only (they can only message you). It was a bit of a mess BUT during check-in the person at Vacation Palm Springs was so kind and thorough it completely washed away my prior bad experience with Vacasa. Next time, I'll book direct through Vacation Palm Springs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and are talking about making this an annual trip.

Fabulous Pad
We had a Amazing time. Great house was roomy enough for all 5 of use. The POOL and SPA was FANTASTIC! Back yead was roomy also. Only bummed out because the city it's slf had a noise oriented of NO amplified music. So we could not lesson to music during the day or watch movies while chilling in the pool in the evening. That we had planed. Wish we had know befor booking. Because there is a hefty find and you have to vacate premises if cought. My only other suggestion is terminex cause if the ants. They got pretty bad out side then inside Really quick.
