「The property is ideal if you want city and beach life. The rooftop pool was great with views you cannot get from ground pools! We were upgraded to a Master Suite which was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the AC in the last couple days but were told it was because you could not set the thermostat lower than a specific degree which was not the case or problem. We had friends in another room that had to use extra blankets because it was so cold. However, we did not press the issue too...

「I was not able to stay at the hotel because the US state department advised Americans not to visit Mexico at the time of my reservation. The cartels were fighting at the time . I felt unsafe and the hotel would not refund my money.」
