「Staff are nice Location is good However PR is having water supply problem and it affects visiting experience a loooooooot! Weeks without water supply rely on water tanks No toilets available nearby ,Even in the Restaurants ,bars and parks , everyone have to use the dry toilets and not even able to shower after going to the beach I can’t really expect that would happen in an ISLAND with tropical rainforests like Puerto Rico」
