"The resort is really beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The inconsistency of the food is the only reason we gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. The main buffet always had a wide variety of options, but the quality varied greatly. The restaurants on site were very nice, but again, the food quality varied. We had a poolside room, with an infinity pool just off our patio, which was really wonderful. The staff are mostly very kind and helpful. There was always music playing outside, creating a fun, festive atmosphere. "

"They were short on staff, many new staff and sometimes the new staff didn’t know how to assists you, some attractions in the family lounge weren't available for use or broken or malfunctioning. And it’s annoying that in the first day of the stay they try to sell you a “membership”"

"Had a very good experience. Super clean property. Staff is helpful. Kids will enjoy this place. However, Need more food options at beach area. Also need to add Indian cuisine dishes. Most of the staff doesn't know English, that is challenging. Sweetery shop has average quality icecream. "

Was only taken care of after we went to front desk to complain Food: Buffet wasn’t appetizing. Had one of the people in our group grab fruit and found a bug in it. The Japanese restaurant and steak house were the only reasonable places worth eating at. Service: majority of workers seem miserable and non invested. Only truly care when they see cash being waived in their face, to those that delivered and made an effort, were truly impressionable. Entertainment: the night club was literally average. First few nights, repeated songs within a few sets. One night, the DJ couldn’t even play properly without stopping the music, couldn’t mix and it sounded horrible. People had to sing because the DJ couldn’t figure it out. When going up to make a request, he gestured for cash - provided a tip and STILL didn’t even play it. "

" Bird poop and cloudy water in pools with bouncy setup - pretty disgusting - as a physician I suggest avoiding those if you can. Food - 6/10 - ok for AI but not your typical big city average restaurant food. Diarrhea 3 days out of the 6. Hotel staff service 8/10. They are very nice and accommodating Room - Excellent 9/10 Gym - 10/10. Best hotel gym by far "

"Its a great property. Amenities are awesome. What threw me off was the check-in experience - they couldn't speak english and then the silly idea of selling preferred was just off putting, and then the fact that waiters don't speak english - when over 75% of your clientele is english speaking you ought to speak the language."
