"We visited on the second week of April. We love the hotel. Te attention from the wait staff was excellent. They were very attentive and they made us have a wonderful time. We spent.many hours at the swimming pool bar. Jessica and Carlos at the swimming pool bat were amazing. They treated us very nicely. They are kind and very happy. They made us feel like family. The animation staff made ur day when they had the Dominican party at the beach. They lead us on how to dance merengue and bachata. We loved that in addition to the buffet restaurants they had lunch evry day at the beach, with the cheff cooking daily different types ofseafood and rice pasta. The attention was excellent at the lunch buffet. We specially thank Jonathan (who called me his brother with so much kindness), Leidy, Oscar and Carlos. They were very attentive and always had someting nice to say. We loved the different restaurants for dinner. The food was excellent. There was every day a different show at 9 or 9:30 pm. All the shows were excellent. We loved the magic sow nigth, the rumba night, dominican night, the Beatles and the other daily shows. We are very thankful of all the amenities and great service."
