「A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. 」

「I like the view on the roof. The lobby and the room are very fancy. But the breakfast is not so good, only have few types. Very close to the biobay and restaurants.」

「Beautiful property. Our casita was comfortable, spacious, clean and had an amazing view. Staff were always attentive. Check in/out was prompt and efficient. Special recognition and gratitude to Angel, at Ventanas restaurant. He is in the egg/omelette station. He made the long wait for breakfast worth it. It’s so great to see someone who is not only great at his job but he is kind, fun and the best service oriented attitude. The hotel is amazing. The private island was incredible. Can’t wait...
