"My wife and I had a superb three night stay. Staff are so helpful, friendly and efficient. Just the right balance without being intrusive at all. The hotel itself has a really nice vibe/ambience and the cocktail bar and restaurant have a great selection of drinks and food. We enjoyed both more than once in our stay. Breakfast is super, cooked to order, served and available until 10.30, which is a treat in London. If your looking for somewhere special, without breaking the bank, this is a great hotel and offers excellent value for London. You may even spot a celeb or two in the bar while you're staying, we spotted a few! A very enjoyable stay, close to museums, RAH, Hyde Park etc. We will definitley return. "

"Would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Breakfast menu is not great especially if you stay more than one day. I guess you get what you paid for."

"The rooms need some updating. Noisy plumbing. 3/5 working elevators for 3 of the 4 nights we were there. That said, convenient location to Olympia center and excellent shopping and dining on the high street."

"A bed for the night with a good shower. Convenient location. Otherwise no redeeming features. The closest thing to a youth hostel masquerading as a hotel. But what we expected. "

"This hotel is a full service hotel with capable staff ready to transport your suitcases to and from your room. It's a full amenities hotel and is worthy of better ratings than have shown. I stayed in some other hotels in Kensington, and none were as good as this Millennium Hotel."

"Large hotel with efficient check in and luggage storage facilities. Staff were friendly. The room we booked (standard twin) was very small, the bathroom in particular was a very strange long narrow room that made it awkward to use. The TV started turning itself on every 10 minutes at 5am which was kind of annoying. The room was very hot but the air con was good. Pool was ok, a little tired but fine. Jacuzzi and steam room were out of order which was disappointing. Great location just off Kensington High Street."

"The room was too small; there was little room to move around or store your luggage. The room was very clean with really nice bath towels. It was walking distance to restaurants for food."
