They canceled on us!
An hour into our trip - literally on our way to California to check in that afternoon - we received an email that they canceled our reservation! No reason or excuse - just a simple - sorry you can’t stay here tonight sort of thing! So unprofessional! Very unimpressed with this host! Will never book with this host again!

Family of 5 adults for the holiday
Great location and easy access with invaluable parking. The 2 beach bikes were a bonus and actually got some use. Family of 5 adults enjoyed easy beach access and plenty to walk to and most of San Diego is within a 20 minute drive. I intend to recommend a few things to the owners like a new set of pots and pans (these had seen much better days and Teflon was flaking), and a rug or inside mat for the balcony porch, and some better trash instructions…. Just remember to pull the outdoor cushions if rain is expected… otherwise all good and we would rent again if we get to come back.!

Location great, house ... okay. Rooms were nice size.
First off the house was good size for 4 adults and four kids. They don't tell you that half the week you will have the whole neighborhoods trash cans in front of the house. Flys everywhere. Not best furniture to relax on. Goods are that you right by beach , if plan on beaching it all day then going out with friends good place to stay, if your planning on being between house and beach like us, not so good. Probably wouldn't stay with this company again. 2nd time was okay stay. Not worth for $$$ they want.

Perfect!
I stayed at this home in Mission Bay for 8 nights with 6 teenagers and it was just perfect. The location couldn’t be better close to both the Bay and the ocean. Lots to do close by. You can even see the Sea World fireworks from the deck. The house is even nicer than in the pictures. We can’t wait to go back.

Good location- plan to eat out
Property was new and tidy but furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable. Kitchen location is in the middle of house with no air flow. We set off fire alarm several times from frying bacon and cooking. Kitchen vent fan does not appear to work. No cable television- streaming apps only so no sports or news. For the price, I would have expected more than hotel size shampoos. No hand soap so bring your own. Location to beach and bay was perfect with a pleasant neighborhood. Booking and check-in was very easy.

Paradise at the beach!
The house was fabulous! It was clean and well stocked. We loved the deck, that’s where we spent most of our time. The beach toys were a added surprise, paddle boards, boogie boards, and 2 beach cruisers made our stay exceptional. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at Mission Beach for vacation many years, this was by far the best. We will be back!
