Advertised a sauna and hot tub but they are not working. Complained to front desk and they dismissed me. That was the main reason we booked. I should get a discount on the room

The staff is not friendly at all, they’re actually kind of rude. Did not greet us and when we called the front desk twice, never answered. I would not recommend staying at this location unless you don’t plan on being in your room too long.

Stay was ok Stayed for 2 days but not many food places nearby. So had to drive a minute to get food. No breakfast at hotel although it offers it for a fee. No hot tub as it was down for maintenance also. They only great customer service we got was from the night clerk. Everyone else was just so stoned face. Anyway headed back to la now so glad that is overdue
