“This place has fallen dramatically in quality, and it’s the last time we’ll stay there—after half a dozen stays at Secrets and Dreams in Cozumel. We had the most expensive room in the resort (top floor suite with plunge pool), and things didn’t work, they forgot to clean the room, maintenance requests took three calls, etc. After complaining, they assigned a “guest relations” guy to try to smooth things over. We had four rooms, and one of the kids’ rooms had water leaking from the ceiling with……

“Friendly helpful staff, beautiful grounds, huge rooms. I’m sure before the beach started eroding it truly was perfect. Still plenty of space on the beach an a gorgeous property. I mentioned in the FB group that our first room was very strong musty smelling. Many replies noted that second floor rooms don’t have this issue. All chairs are claimed by guests leaving their towels and belongings by 7am. We loved the Mexican and seafood specialty restaurants. ”

“Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable à l’hébergement Sayu à Cozumel et nous le recommandons. L’emplacement est idéal, très près du centre-ville. Le site est magnifique, avec un beau jardin et une piscine très appréciée. Points positifs : lit King très confortable, climatisation silencieuse, 2e réfrigérateur pratique, grande table extérieure parfaite pour les repas, eau de douche bien chaude. Les vélos prêtés sont agréables mais malheureusement seulement 2 fonctionnels, les autres……

“Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff members were so friendly and helpful, as was the owner Pam. They really made us feel at home. The villas are beautiful charming little suites with the bedroom and bathroom in an upstairs loft. The gardens and pool are all very enchanting and well kept. The location is perfect- on a very quiet street but everything you need is right aground the corner. Very close to the town center. Perfect stay! ”

“Hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We were in Cozumel visiting friends for four days and found Puerto Libre to be in an excellent spot right on the strip. It was far enough away from the cruise ship ports to be quiet yet accessible to all the hotspots. I highly recommend this hotel.”
