"It was okay as per the price. I asked for maintainance the first day couple of times because the water was dropping from the bathroom celing and noone follows up and the issue was not resolved.The pool was good. The AC stays in 20 degree and you cannot adjust the temperature.There was maintenance going on we were distributed for almost 2 days .Needs maintenance all round the resort. Overall it was okay."

"I don't think I'll stay anywhere else ever. Very nice property, I didn't get to explore the food much. Pool side food was good, room service food was good, and beach club eats were good. The beach club is really good paying for the cabana was worth it TO US."

"Room was very clean, including the bathroom. They came and cleaned everyday. Pool was great! Beach view was amazing! Staff gave me the run around for a refund that was owed to me. Transportation, laundry and restaurant reservation services weren’t clear either. Overall was good though. Also they never explained how to turn on the lights, we had to figure that out ourselves."

"We had a nice time overall, but there were several areas where the experience fell short of expectations: The food quality was disappointing and did not meet the level we expected. We requested body gel/soap multiple times over several days and never received it. One of the towels in our room was dirty, which raised concerns about housekeeping standards. Café service was inconsistent—at times we were given multiple bottled waters, while other times we were told there was a strict limit of two, which was confusing. Dinner service at both the Asian and steak restaurants was very slow. The facilities felt older and not well maintained, which was surprising given that we were told the property opened only two years ago. While staying in the Enclave, we were not informed about the welcome package. We only discovered it after noticing other guests with Enclave bags and had to ask about it three days into our stay. The game room experience was unusual—activities like paddle tennis were limited to a 15-minute rental, which felt restrictive. Cleanliness around the pool area was lacking, with food left out and not cleared promptly, suggesting inconsistent upkeep. Overall, there are opportunities to improve service consistency, communication, and general maintenance to better align with guest expectations."

"1. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (ages 8 and 9 + parents). 2. The zoning was cleverly executed; the areas for families with children and exclusively for adults allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay. 3. The kids club staff were amazing, and our kids loved the diverse activities - water play, ancient instruments, art craft, dance, and more. I felt very secure to leave my kids, and they wanted to go back again and again. It was the perfect balance for a restful stay for parents. 4. The only downside was mosquitoes. My daughter was bitten 12 times, my son 5 times, and my husband and I were each bitten 4 times, mainly inside the building. And this happened despite my diligent application of insect repellent from the evening onwards, and even though I used a mosquito repellent inside the room. This was partly due to the season, and perhaps also because we stayed in a first-floor room. 5. Overall, my impression is that—with its magnificent scenery, pleasant staff, tastefully renovated building, and dining that offers good value for the price—this is a place I would happily recommend to my friends and their families."
