「This is a very special place. Tucked away in the hills of Aptos, it's quiet, scenic and relaxing. The room was very cozy and while there's only a refrigerator and microwave, the property is so nice, after eating out one night, we just brought takeout dinners home and sat out on the deck (check out Gayle's bakery and the salad/hot bar at New Leaf). The highlight was the pool and jacuzzi, can't say I've ever seen a nicer indoor pool at a private residence.」

「Really great place to stay. Lovely comfortable room, barn door bathroom and walk in shower. Wish breakfast was included in the booking. We paid $50 (tip included)for avocado on toast and pancake with berries and 2 coffees, at the breakfast bar in the hotel. Not far from everything.」

「The amenities in the room are great- microwave, fridge . The size of the room is huge and modern. Each room has a private little balcony great to have a drink or meet a fellow traveler. (my sister and I stayed there and met a great lady just across the way from us and we had a lovely chat) Our check-in experience was outstanding!!! 「We were celebrating our 45th Anniversary and we're so glad we chose to stay here! The staff was wonderful the room was great and the restaurant service and food were both top notch! It was a Friday so we were treated with the added bonus of live music which was also great!」
