"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and the coffee. I guess it's to be expected in Boston though. It's an expensive town. We had a great time though. Celebrated daughter's graduation with her Master's Degree from Emerson College. "

"Great for kids, pool was perfect temperature, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was actually very very tasty and satisfied all of us (no easy feat!). Would recommend and stay again!"

"This hotel is amazing. The views, the location everything. The only thing is I would like to have been able to park my own car and not pay 50 for a valet but they were nice and did a good job. This hotel’s roof top patio view is top notch and we will return."
