Enjoyed the beach club. Only negatives were the high price of the resort fee which felt unnecessary for the “extras” it is supposed to be covering and the parking fee. There absolutely should not be a fee to park in addition to a daily resort charge. "

The service was extraordinary, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, always attentive and available if anything was needed. Hidden gems: Cynthia at the bar is the best—friendly, cheerful, and service-oriented. The housekeeper, Sharon, was truly charming and attentive. 5 stars for both. I honestly recommend this hotel 100%. It's not beachfront, but its location is perfect for getting there, so you're not immersed in the chaos of the island."
